We will invoice you once the job\u2019s completed or, if it\u2019s an ongoing project, at the end of each week.
\nWe invoice on a seven day basis and we really appreciate prompt payment. We accept a variety of payment methods.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Proofreading and editing<\/h3>\n

We always check our work carefully. But it\u2019s ultimately your responsibility to double check for accuracy before you sign a project off.

Document safety<\/h3>\n

Please use a secure postal method. We can\u2019t take responsibility for items that gets lost in the post. As far as online security is concerned,

We work from our own office but we \u2018re also happy to work from your place. We\u2019re happy to have meetings at your place or a local coffee shop.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Retainer packages<\/h3>\n

Please use up your 5-hour retainer taster within 60 days. Once you\u2019ve agreed a retainer package, you should take care to use all your hours every month,
