My charging structure is straightforward, with no hidden extras.

Quotes and Charges

I'll give you a written quote if you'd like one. But my charges are transparent: £22 per hour Monday to Friday and £35 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. I round my charges up to the nearest fifteen minutes.

For 4 hours (either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm) I charge £75.

PA for a day: I charge £160 for local work in Brighton & Hove. If you're within 15 miles of Brighton & Hove I charge extra for travel time. Over 15 miles out of Brighton & Hove I charge for travel time plus £7.50 a day to cover petrol.

I give individual tailored quotes for my Business MOT, Competitor Research and Website Critique.

Expenses

Obviously, I'll charge for expenses like photocopying and printing. But I charge the cost price, with no mark up.
